• Advertising Services
• Other Paid Features introduced from time to time

2. Payment

All payments made through the platform are processed using secure payment gateways.

Users are responsible for verifying the selected plan, amount, and payment details before completing the transaction.

3. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• All successfully activated Premium Memberships, Featured Listings, Promotional Services, and Advertising Packages are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided simply because a user decides not to use the purchased service after activation.
• If a listing is removed because it violates our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made for the same service.
• Payment was deducted but the purchased service was not activated due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
• Any other case where Property Jaankari determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

5. Cancellation

Users may stop using Premium Services at any time.

However, cancellation of a purchased service does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or the user's bank.

7. Fraudulent or Misuse Cases

No refund will be issued if:

• The user provides false information.
• The account is suspended for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities are detected.
