Welcome to Property Jaankari ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Our", or "Us"). This Account Deletion Policy explains how users can request the deletion of their account and personal data from the Property Jaankari platform.

1. Requesting Account Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their Property Jaankari account at any time.

You can request account deletion by:

• Using the Delete Account option available in the Property Jaankari mobile application (if available), or
• Sending an email to propertyjaankari@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

2. Information Required

To process your request, please include:

• Your registered mobile number or email address.
• Your full name.
• Any additional information required to verify your identity.

3. What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is verified and approved:

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
• Your profile will no longer be visible on the platform.
• Your property listings and property reels may be removed from public view.
• You will lose access to your account and all associated services.

4. Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, security, or other legal obligations.

5. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days after successful identity verification.

6. Reactivation

Once an account has been permanently deleted, it cannot be restored. A new account must be created if you wish to use Property Jaankari again.

7. Changes to this Policy

Property Jaankari reserves the right to update this Account Deletion Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and mobile application.
